Sunday's 15-game MLB board had one story above everything else. Jarren Duran walked off in the 10th inning at Fenway Park, giving Boston a 5-4 win over New York and completing a four-game sweep of the Yankees. The Red Sox outscored New York 21-7 across the series. NBA and NHL are both in their offseasons.

MLB — 15-game Sunday slate

Boston Red Sox, 5 — New York Yankees, 4 (10 innings). The night's marquee result. Boston trailed late and sent the game to extras before Jarren Duran ended it with a walkoff hit in the 10th. The Red Sox won all four Fenway games in the series — Thursday's 6-3, Friday's 6-1, Saturday's 4-1, Sunday's 5-4 — and outscored New York 21-7 across the weekend. The Yankees head to the Bronx on Monday to host Detroit.

Los Angeles Dodgers, 4 — San Diego Padres, 2. One day after a 15-run blowout at Petco Park, the Dodgers closed the weekend series with a quieter 4-2 win. Los Angeles took the NL West set 2-1 after losing Friday's opener. The clubs open a new series Monday night in Oakland.

Texas Rangers, 3 — Toronto Blue Jays, 2. Texas won in Toronto for the second straight day, taking a 3-2 road win one day after Saturday's 7-4 result. The Rangers swept the weekend series at Rogers Centre and move to Cleveland for Monday's ESPN game.

Pittsburgh Pirates, 9 — Cincinnati Reds, 4. Pittsburgh answered the Reds' nine-run Saturday performance with nine of their own, taking the Sunday rubber game by five at PNC Park. The teams split the weekend series.

Washington Nationals, 6 — Baltimore Orioles, 4. Washington won on the road Sunday to sweep the two-game Camden Yards series after Saturday's 4-3 road win. The Nationals take both games of the AL East–NL East weekend set.

Tampa Bay Rays, 5 — Arizona Diamondbacks, 1. Tampa Bay swept Arizona with a 5-1 win at Tropicana Field, one day after a 5-1 Saturday result. The two clubs combined for two identical-margin wins across the series.

Houston Astros, 7 — Detroit Tigers, 5. Houston swept the weekend with a 7-5 Sunday win at Comerica Park, following Saturday's 8-6 result. Detroit hosts the Yankees starting Monday.

Philadelphia Phillies, 5 — New York Mets, 4. The Phillies answered Saturday's 6-2 loss at Citi Field with a one-run Sunday win, splitting the weekend NL East series. Philadelphia travels to Pittsburgh on Monday; the Mets visit Toronto.

Cleveland Guardians, 6 — Seattle Mariners, 5. Cleveland swept Seattle with a 6-5 win at Progressive Field after Saturday's 4-3 result. The Guardians have won both games of this series at home and host Texas on Monday on ESPN.

Chicago Cubs, 4 — Milwaukee Brewers, 3. Chicago won the rubber game at American Family Field, 4-3, one day after Saturday's 8-2 win and Friday's 6-2 loss. The Cubs took the weekend NL Central series. Milwaukee hosts Cincinnati on Monday.

Minnesota Twins, 3 — Colorado Rockies, 2. Minnesota won Sunday's game by the same 3-2 margin it won Saturday, sweeping the Target Field series over Colorado. The Twins move to Houston on Monday.

Kansas City Royals, 5 — Chicago White Sox, 4. Kansas City avoided a three-game sweep at Guaranteed Rate Field, winning 5-4 after the White Sox had outscored them 24-1 over Friday (22-1) and Saturday (2-1). The Royals take Sunday's game but drop the weekend series.

St. Louis Cardinals, 2 — Miami Marlins, 1. St. Louis swept Miami with a 2-1 win at loanDepot Park, matching Saturday's exact result. The Cardinals took both road games in the NL Central–NL East series.

San Francisco Giants, 3 — Atlanta Braves, 2. San Francisco closed a three-game series at Oracle Park with a 3-2 Sunday win, taking the set 2-1 after Atlanta won Friday's opener 3-1. The Giants answered Saturday's shutout with another narrow win.

Los Angeles Angels, 4 — Oakland Athletics, 1. Anaheim won Sunday's game 4-1, taking the two-game series at Angel Stadium after Saturday's 4-1 result. The Angels swept their home series over Oakland and travel to Seattle on Monday.
