Philadelphia turned an eight-run ninth inning into a 14-9 win over Washington, the most dramatic swing on a 15-game MLB Tuesday board. Los Angeles put up 12 on Minnesota and Kansas City rolled in Tampa Bay, while the White Sox and Brewers each won tight, low-scoring games on the other end of the spectrum. The NBA and NHL are in the offseason.
