Saturday gave the Cavaliers their first answer of the second round and pushed the Lakers to the edge. Cleveland took Game 3 at home behind a 35-and-10 night from Donovan Mitchell, while Oklahoma City made it three-zip on the Lakers with a 23-point road win. Two NHL second-rounders went the road team's way: Carolina won in overtime to finish off Philadelphia 4-0 in the East, and Minnesota stayed alive in the West with a five-goal night that cut Colorado's series lead to 2-1. Fourteen MLB games went final, headlined by a pair of double-digit blowouts and an 8-7 Marlins-Nationals thriller.
