Delete Your Rosterlytic Account

Last updated: September 22, 2026

You can delete your Rosterlytic account, and the personal data that comes with it, at any time — in the app, or by email if you can't use the app. Rosterlytic is operated by Rosterlytic LLC.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Rosterlytic app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device and sign in.
  2. On the Home screen, tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap the menu (Account actions) in the top-right corner, then tap Delete Account. In older versions of the app, scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. The current version asks you to type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

If you signed in with Apple on an iPhone or iPad, Apple then asks you to confirm, so that Rosterlytic's access to your Apple ID is removed too.

If you are the only captain of a team that has other members, the only commissioner of a league, the only organizer of a group that has other members, or the only owner of an organization, the app will ask you to make someone else captain, commissioner, organizer, or owner — or to delete that team, league, group, or organization — before your account can be deleted. This keeps it working for everyone else.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or, for a subscription bought on the web, on the Billing page of app.rosterlytic.com.

Request deletion without the app

Email us at support@rosterlytic.com with the subject "Delete my account." Send it from the email address on your Rosterlytic account, or tell us that address. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your account's address is the private relay address listed for Rosterlytic under Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything, and we respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. This includes:

  • Your account and sign-in details: your email address, your password, and any Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google connection
  • Your profile: your name, phone number, and other profile details
  • Your direct message conversations, your device notification tokens, and your other account-level personal information
  • Teams and groups where you are the only member

What may be kept

  • Your player entries on teams that have other members. Your name, number, statistics, and attendance stay on those teams' rosters, no longer linked to an account, so each team's history stays complete. A captain can remove them from the roster, or you can ask us to.
  • Shared records. Content and records you contributed to shared teams, leagues, organizations, or groups — such as scores, statistics, schedules, standings, messages, files, and links — may remain as part of those shared records where removing them is not feasible without impairing the Service for other members.
  • Legal and business records. Information we are required to keep by law or regulation, or need to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Anonymized data. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can edit your name and profile details in Settings at any time. To have specific information deleted without closing your account — for example, a player entry or a message — email us at support@rosterlytic.com and tell us what you would like removed.
