Athletics, 15 — Washington Nationals, 1. Oakland bounced back in the same series that produced Friday's 23-4 loss. J.T. Ginn delivered a dominant outing as the Athletics scored 15 on a Washington staff that had just allowed 23 runs. The 14-run margin swung Oakland's run differential in a meaningful direction and closed out the series.

Pittsburgh Pirates, 7 — Cleveland Guardians, 1 (DH G1); Cleveland Guardians, 5 — Pittsburgh Pirates, 3 (DH G2). Pittsburgh and Cleveland made up Friday's air quality postponement as Game 1 of a Saturday doubleheader, then played the regularly scheduled contest in Game 2. Pittsburgh took the opener by six; Cleveland won Game 2 to split the day.

Texas Rangers, 7 — Atlanta Braves, 6. A close one at Truist Park. Texas held off Atlanta to avoid a sweep in the series, getting the road win by a single run in a back-and-forth game.

Boston Red Sox, 7 — Tampa Bay Rays, 6. Boston held on at Fenway after a tight finish. The Red Sox had swept both ends of a doubleheader against Tampa Bay on Friday; Saturday's single-game rematch went to the wire before Boston secured the win.
