Colorado Rockies 10, St. Louis Cardinals 7. Colorado broke it open with a six-run fifth and added a four-run seventh, enough to survive getting out-hit 13-11. St. Louis scored in five different innings, including a two-run ninth, but never got closer than three.

Minnesota Twins 6, Chicago White Sox 4. Chicago jumped out 3-0 in the first, but Minnesota answered with two in the fourth and three more in the fifth to take the lead for good, adding an insurance run in the seventh.
