Saturday settled the West. San Antonio went into Oklahoma City and won Game 7 111-103 to take the Western Conference Finals 4-3, booking its first NBA Finals trip since 2014. The NHL was dark with the Stanley Cup Final still days away. A full 15-game MLB board ran underneath, with the Angels' 14-run night the loudest of the bunch.

NBA — Spurs win Game 7, reach the Finals

San Antonio Spurs, 111 — Oklahoma City Thunder, 103. San Antonio won the Western Conference Finals 4-3, taking the decider on the road to advance to the NBA Finals. Victor Wembanyama went for 22 points and 7 rebounds; Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led Oklahoma City with 35 points and 9 assists, but the Thunder are out. It's the franchise's first Finals appearance since 2014. The Finals open June 3 against the New York Knicks in San Antonio.

NHL — No games

The NHL scoreboard was dark Saturday. The Stanley Cup Final between the Vegas Golden Knights and Carolina Hurricanes opens June 2.

MLB — 15-game Saturday board

A full slate with every team in action. The Angels' 14-3 rout of Tampa Bay was the high-water mark for offense.

Los Angeles Angels, 14 — Tampa Bay Rays, 3. The Angels poured on 14 to bury Tampa Bay.

Pittsburgh Pirates, 10 — Minnesota Twins, 9. Pittsburgh outlasted Minnesota in a one-run slugfest.

Washington Nationals, 9 — San Diego Padres, 4. Washington pulled away from San Diego.

Houston Astros, 9 — Milwaukee Brewers, 2. Houston handled Milwaukee by seven.

Boston Red Sox, 9 — Cleveland Guardians, 1. Boston ran away from Cleveland on the road.

Colorado Rockies, 8 — San Francisco Giants, 3. Colorado outscored San Francisco at Coors.

Chicago White Sox, 7 — Detroit Tigers, 1. The White Sox handled Detroit on the South Side.

Texas Rangers, 7 — Kansas City Royals, 6. Texas edged Kansas City by one in Arlington.

Atlanta Braves, 5 — Cincinnati Reds, 2. Atlanta took the rubber piece from Cincinnati.

Baltimore Orioles, 6 — Toronto Blue Jays, 5. Baltimore scored five in the ninth to walk it off against Toronto.

Chicago Cubs, 6 — St. Louis Cardinals, 1. The Cubs handled St. Louis in an NL Central matchup.

New York Mets, 6 — Miami Marlins, 1. The Mets handled Miami in Queens.

Athletics, 6 — New York Yankees, 4. The Athletics edged the Yankees by two.

Seattle Mariners, 5 — Arizona Diamondbacks, 1. Seattle handled Arizona at T-Mobile Park.

Philadelphia Phillies, 4 — Los Angeles Dodgers, 3. Philadelphia edged the Dodgers by one to open the West Coast set.

What to watch tonight

Sunday is baseball only. The NBA and NHL are both between rounds — San Antonio is in the Finals and waiting on June 3, and the Stanley Cup Final doesn't open until June 2. That leaves a full 15-game MLB Sunday board. Full details in the Tonight preview.
