Rosterlytic Web Dashboard: Manage Your Team from Any Browser

Rosterlytic isn't just a mobile app. Everything you need to manage your team or league is also available at app.rosterlytic.com, and for certain tasks — stat entry, fee tracking, league admin — the web dashboard is genuinely the better tool.

Getting Started

Head to app.rosterlytic.com and sign in with the same account you use on the mobile app. Your teams, leagues, and data are all synced. If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up directly from the web — no need to download the app first.

Once you're in, you'll see your teams and leagues listed on the left sidebar. Click into any team or league to get started.

For Team Captains

Team Dashboard

Your team dashboard shows you the big picture at a glance: win-loss record, stat leaders, recent results, and upcoming games. It's the same data you see on mobile, but with more room to breathe.

Roster Management

View your full roster, add new players, and edit player details like name and jersey number. The web makes it easy to update multiple players in one sitting without thumbing through a mobile interface.

Schedule

View all your games — upcoming and past — in one list. You can add new games, edit game details, and bulk assign games to a season. That last one is a huge time-saver if you added a bunch of games before creating a season.

Stat Entry

This is where the web dashboard really shines. Entering player stats on a big screen with a spreadsheet-style layout is significantly faster than tapping through fields on your phone. Each sport gets its own stat columns, so you're only seeing what's relevant. If you're entering stats after a game, do it from your laptop.

Stats Leaderboard

See your top players broken down by stat category. Toggle between total stats and per-game averages to get a clearer picture of who's contributing most. Filter by season to track improvement over time.

Fee Tracking

Set a uniform fee per player, then track who's paid and who hasn't. The summary view shows you expected, collected, and outstanding amounts so you always know where things stand. You can add notes to individual payments for context.

Team Settings

Edit your team name, copy the join code to share with new players, configure which positions are active for your sport, or transfer team ownership to another player. All the administrative stuff lives here.

For Commissioners

League Dashboard

The commissioner dashboard gives you a high-level view of your league: how many teams are in, the current season, total games played, which team is in first place, and any pending actions that need your attention.

Standings & Stats

Full standings tables with all tiebreaker logic applied, plus player stat leaderboards across the entire league. You can view everything for the overall league or filter down to a specific season.

Schedule Management

View and manage the full league schedule from one screen. Edit scores, update game details, and keep everything organized without switching between team views.

Team Management

See all teams and their rosters in one place. Remove teams from the league if needed, and manage fee tracking on a per-team basis.

Admin Panel

This is where you configure the league itself. Edit league settings, set up the point system (win/loss/tie/OTL values), reorder tiebreaker rules by dragging them into priority order, manage active positions, and toggle commissioner-only stat entry. You can also view and share join codes and commissioner codes from here.

Stat Entry

If you've enabled commissioner-only stats, you'll enter stats for all teams directly from the browser. The spreadsheet-style layout makes it manageable even when you're entering data for multiple teams in one session.

For Tennis Groups

Tennis groups have their own section on the web dashboard. You can create a new group, join an existing one with a code, and view session history, leaderboards, and group settings — all from your browser.

Billing & Subscription

The web dashboard is also where you manage your Rosterlytic subscription. View all plan tiers — Free, Team, League, and Organization — and toggle between monthly and yearly pricing to see what works best. When you're ready, subscribe or upgrade through Stripe. You can manage your payment method and subscription status from the billing page at any time.

Account Settings

Update your display name from the account settings page. This is the name that shows up across all your teams and leagues.

When to Use Web vs Mobile

Both the web dashboard and the mobile app have access to the same data. The difference is which one feels better for the task at hand.

The web is better for:

  • Stat entry — bigger screen, spreadsheet-style layout, much faster
  • League admin tasks — configuring tiebreakers, managing multiple teams
  • Fee management — reviewing payment status across your whole roster
  • Viewing full standings tables — no horizontal scrolling

The mobile app is better for:

  • Quick RSVPs and attendance checks
  • Checking the schedule on the go
  • Team chat and direct messages
  • Game-day lineup checks
  • Quick score entry right after a game

For more on managing your account settings across both platforms, see our account guide. Most captains and commissioners end up using both. Pull up the web dashboard when you're at a desk handling admin work, and use the app for everything else. Your data stays in sync either way.
