The Stats Overhaul: See Your Season Like Never Before
Stats should tell your team's story at a glance — not make you hunt through tabs to piece it together. In v2.1.0, we redesigned the entire stats experience from the ground up. The old four-tab layout is gone. In its place: a single-scroll player hub, a rich team stats overview, and a sortable roster stats table that puts every number exactly where you need it.
Here's what changed and why it matters.
The Player Hub: One Scroll, Full Picture
Player profiles used to spread stats, attendance, positions, and chemistry across separate tabs. Now everything lives in a single, scrollable hub that gives you the complete picture without tapping around.
At the top, a season summary card shows sport-specific stat blocks — the numbers that matter most for your sport, front and center. Below that, you'll find:
- Scoring efficiency — Shooting percentage, field goal percentage, batting average, or whatever metric defines offensive output in your sport. No mental math required.
- Team ranking bars — Visual bars showing where you stack up against your teammates for key stats. Instantly see if you're leading the team in assists or trailing in rebounds.
- Win impact — Your team's record when you play versus when you don't. This is one of those stats that sparks real conversations. Are you the difference-maker you think you are? The numbers don't lie.
- Chemistry and positions — Your best linemate combos and positional performance, inline where they belong instead of buried in separate tabs.
- Game log — Every game's stat line in chronological order, so you can track hot streaks, cold spells, and everything in between.
It's the same data you had before, but now it flows naturally. Open a player, scroll down, and know everything.
Team Stats Overview: Your Season at a Glance
The new team stats overview gives captains and commissioners a dashboard-level view of how the team is performing without digging into individual profiles.
A rich team card leads with your record, win percentage, total games played, and key scoring stats. Below it, a Points For vs. Points Against sparkline charts your scoring trends across the season — tap any data point to inspect that specific game.
The opponent analysis section breaks down your record against every team you've faced, color-coded so you can instantly spot rivals you dominate and matchups that give you trouble.
Rounding it out: an attendance summary showing team-wide reliability, plus stat leaders highlighting your top performers in each category. It's everything a captain needs to prep for the next game or talk strategy with the team.
Roster Stats Table: Sort, Compare, Decide
Sometimes you need to see everyone side by side. The new roster stats table is built for exactly that.
Every stat column is sortable — tap any header to rank your roster by that stat. The player name column stays frozen as you scroll horizontally, so you always know whose numbers you're looking at.
A Total vs. Per Game toggle lets you switch between raw totals and per-game averages. Leaders in each column get highlighted so the top performers pop off the screen. And for sports where it matters, +/- values are color-coded — green for positive, red for negative — so you can spot impact players at a glance.
It's the spreadsheet view your league's stat nerds have been waiting for.
Dedicated Goalie Stats
If your league plays hockey or soccer, goalies finally get the stats treatment they deserve. Instead of being lumped in with skaters or field players, goalies now have a dedicated view showing the numbers that actually matter for their position:
- Saves and Goals Against — The raw numbers
- Save Percentage and Goals Against Average — The efficiency metrics
- W-L Record — Derived automatically from game scores, so you don't have to track it manually
It's a small change that makes a big difference for leagues that take their goaltending seriously.
Built for All 9 Sports
Every stat surface in Rosterlytic adapts to the sport you're playing. Hockey shows goals, assists, and penalty minutes. Basketball shows points, rebounds, and assists. Softball shows batting average, RBIs, and home runs. Football, soccer, volleyball, kickball, and tennis all get the same treatment — sport-specific stats presented the way you'd expect to see them.
This isn't a generic stats tracker with the same columns for every sport. The player hub, team overview, and roster table all reshape themselves based on what your league actually plays. The stat blocks, efficiency metrics, ranking bars, and leader highlights all reflect the categories that matter for your game.
